“Re-Wind” is a manual operated rolling device that tightly rolls the everyday plastic carrier bag into a compacted roll that efficiently stores the bags for recycling and/or re-use. The bags in particular are the commonly used Low Density Polyethylene employed by large chain supermarkets that are given away for free. Due to the nature of these plastic bags a user can become overloaded and often confused as to dealing with the bags once they are used; stockpiling of the bags is a common occurrence. Re-wind eliminates problems of crumpled stockpiled bags in a way that current market competitors do not; rolling as opposed to crushing into a container.
